Before opening my agency, I worked as a State Farm Team Member and learned firsthand how much of a difference the right team can make. That experience helped shape the type of agency I wanted to build—one where people feel supported, challenged, and genuinely enjoy coming to work.

Today, we're a team of eight that works hard, celebrates wins, and enjoys spending time together both in and out of the office. We have a laid-back atmosphere, but we're serious about taking care of our customers and helping each other succeed. We're proud to be one of the top-performing agencies in the Southeast, but what matters most to me is maintaining a culture where people feel valued and have opportunities to grow.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Brandon Thomas - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
  • Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
  • Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
  • Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
  • Leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
Compensation: $55,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
